We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled by Outdoor 2000.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a voluntary return, the item should be:
- In the same condition as received;
- Unused and undamaged;
- Complete with all original accessories and components; and
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.

EU/EEA 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
To exercise this right, submit a return request through your customer account where available, or send us a clear withdrawal request by email.
After notifying us, the goods must be returned within 14 days.
This statutory right is separate from our voluntary 30-day return policy.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us as soon as possible and provide:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue; and
- Photos or videos where appropriate.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a repair, replacement, return or refund as appropriate.
Return Shipping Costs
For voluntary returns or change-of-mind returns, the customer is generally responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
If a return is required because the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
If a return label is available through our shipping or return service, we will provide the relevant instructions.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return where permitted by law, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products;
- Perishable goods;
- Opened hygiene or health-protection products;
- Hazardous materials; and
- Other products excluded from withdrawal rights under applicable law.
These exclusions do not affect your rights if the product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, model or variation, please request a return first.
Depending on availability, we may arrange an exchange or ask you to return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds under our voluntary 30-day return policy are normally issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
For valid EU/EEA statutory withdrawals, refunds will be processed within the period required by applicable law. Where permitted, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or acceptable proof that they have been sent back.
